CHANGE IN THE NEW ERA

　　導(dǎo)讀

　　巍巍井岡山，逶迤五百里。這里，曾經(jīng)“山頭鼓角相聞”；如今，放望眼，蜜柚成林，枝懸金果，還有聞名鄉(xiāng)間的葡萄藤，密密匝匝堆滿如玉珠璣……如上畫面，取自中國日報(bào)記者Ian Goodrum（伊谷然）吉安、井岡山兩縣采風(fēng)拍片實(shí)錄。對于熟知中國革命史的伊谷然而言，井岡山并不陌生。

　　采訪歸來，他很認(rèn)真地告訴團(tuán)隊(duì)：他眼中的“井岡山”，不再止于“革命搖籃”，也不止于“率先脫貧摘帽”，因?yàn)椋�更觸動(dòng)他的是精神和信仰。

　　本期《重溫囑托看變化》，帶您了解一名美籍記者眼中的老區(qū)變化。從伊谷然的采訪筆記，看他眼中的中國“脫貧模式”，以及“井崗精神”。

　　吉安脫貧“四個(gè)一”模式

　　Each area needs to find its own model to escape poverty. But coordination and guidance nationwide helps structure the campaign and lead the people in overcoming this obstacle, just as the people overcame colonialism, imperialism and feudalism 70 years ago.

　　每個(gè)地區(qū)都應(yīng)該找到自己的脫貧模式。但是，國家的統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)和指導(dǎo)，是推動(dòng)脫貧攻堅(jiān)工作有效展開、帶領(lǐng)全國人民克難制勝的法寶。這一點(diǎn)，中國人民在70年前成功抗擊殖民主義、帝國主義、和封建主義中已是明證。——伊谷然的吉安筆記

　　吉安縣，地處江西省中部，是井岡山革命根據(jù)地（revolutionary base）的重要組成部分，走出了46位開國將軍。2017年10月，吉安成功“脫貧摘帽”（to scratch itself off the list of impoverished counties）。

　　伊谷然在采訪了江南村井崗蜜柚基地、橫江葡萄谷、養(yǎng)雞扶貧合作社、吉安工業(yè)園區(qū)后，總結(jié)了吉安脫貧“四個(gè)一”模式（Four-one model of poverty alleviation）：

　　“四個(gè)一”即每個(gè)家庭可以通過四個(gè)選項(xiàng)，找到適合自己的脫貧之路。

　　There are four options available to each household, which can find its own way of breaking out of poverty.

　　具體而言，村民可以通過選擇種植蜜柚（pomelo planting）、種植葡萄（grape planting）、開辦養(yǎng)雞棚（chicken raising）增加收入。此外，每戶家庭至少一名成員可進(jìn)入工業(yè)園區(qū)務(wù)工（to get employment in the industrial park）。

　　“四個(gè)一”靠譜么？那當(dāng)然得聽民眾如何說啦！

　　橫江鎮(zhèn)溪村村民肖桂根說：“我們村干部提供給我們技術(shù)。我自己在我們村小組租了一塊地，現(xiàn)在種葡萄種了七八畝，每年的收入有八九萬�！�

　　The leaders of our village taught us skills. I rented a plot of land, with an area of 4,000-5,000 square meters, for growing grapes. This offered me an annual income of 80,000-90,000 yuan.

　　井岡山模式：紅色培訓(xùn)生態(tài)旅游

　　Two colors stand out in Jinggangshan – green and red. Red, of course, is the color of the army and the Communist Party of China, due to the area's status as the "cradle" of the Chinese revolution. But it is also green, because all over the area great care is being taken to preserve and protect the environment while increasing productivity and incomes.

　　紅色和綠色成為井岡山的主色調(diào)。身為中國革命的“搖籃”，紅色，當(dāng)然指的是中國共產(chǎn)黨和其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的軍隊(duì)。同時(shí)，井岡山還屬于綠色，因?yàn)殡S處可感受到：大家在努力發(fā)家致富的同時(shí)，十分關(guān)注生態(tài)環(huán)保�！�—伊谷然的井岡山筆記

　　井岡山，地處湘贛邊界，因地勢險(xiǎn)要，成為戰(zhàn)爭年代一道天然的防御屏障，但該地形卻成為其在和平年代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的障礙。

　　Jinggangshan is located at the intersection of Hunan and Jiangxi provinces. While the geography of steep peaks helped to stave off the enemy's attacks, after the revolution that became an obstacle to economic development.

　　國家“精準(zhǔn)扶貧”啟動(dòng)以來，井岡山于2017年率先打響全國592個(gè)國定貧困縣脫貧摘帽“第一槍”，彼時(shí)，距離井岡山革命根據(jù)地建立已整整90周年。

　　沿循著歷史脈絡(luò)，伊谷然踏訪了井岡山茅坪鄉(xiāng)神山村和荷花鄉(xiāng)兩地，總結(jié)了這里的脫貧模式是：種植茶葉+紅色旅游。

　　在井岡山茅坪鄉(xiāng)黨委書記劉曉泉的村民脫貧賬本里，有一筆收入是給參加“紅色培訓(xùn)”的學(xué)員做“紅軍餐”。

　　他這么向伊谷然解釋：

　　“我們把神山打造成了井岡山紅色培訓(xùn)脫貧攻堅(jiān)的一個(gè)現(xiàn)場教學(xué)點(diǎn)。通過吸引紅色培訓(xùn)的學(xué)員到村子里來，我們成立旅游協(xié)會，安排學(xué)員到各家各戶吃飯。我們老百姓從農(nóng)家樂這一塊兒獲得收入。”

　　The Shenshan Village has been transformed into a center for "red education" courses. To attract those taking training courses in Jinggangshan, we established tourism associations and arranged for trainees to have meals in each household, so villagers can earn an income serving food.

　　這種紅色旅游模式確實(shí)可以惠及于民么？帶著該疑問，伊谷然采訪了老范叔民宿五號的老板黃符妹，她這么說：

　　“自從發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游以來，我家搞起了民宿，一年的收入比以前增加了好多，而且，也不用辛苦出去打工賺錢了，還可以在家里照顧小孩。”

　　Since the development of rural tourism, my home began providing accommodation for tourists. My annual household income has increased much. In addition, we don’t have to work outside home as hard as we used to. We can take care of children at home.

　　“井崗精神”綻放新的時(shí)代光芒

　　What struck me the most about my trip to key places in the history of the Chinese revolution was how crowded each one was. Everywhere I went was filled with people eager to learn more about their country's history. The farther from the revolutionary years we get, the more important remembering this history becomes. Passing down stories of soldiers and martyrs is essential to remind those who did not live that struggle how difficult it was, and how much those who fought it gave up. Jinggangshan is one of many places keeping this spirit alive.

　　本次采訪讓我最為震驚的是：每一處中國紅色圣地都人潮擁擠，可見，大家對了解中國革命的過去是多么充滿渴望。那些革命歲月越是漸行漸遠(yuǎn)，銘記歷史越顯得尤為重要。傳承紅軍和先烈的故事是時(shí)代所需，因?yàn)�，這些故事能讓生活安逸的我們懂得曾經(jīng)歲月的艱難，以及負(fù)重前行的先烈所做的犧牲。在井岡山以及中國的許多地方，我依然能感受到這種精神依存�！�—伊谷然的采訪筆記

　　“想象一下，你被敵軍包圍，食物和水均嚴(yán)重不足，不知道還能撐多久，但即使前方艱難萬險(xiǎn)，你仍奮勇前行，不是因?yàn)槟銏?jiān)信自己會活到明天，而是你為之奮斗的信仰。”

　　Picture this, you are surrounded by enemy forces. You are low on food and water and not sure how much longer you will last. But despite all this hardship you press on, not because you know you will survive until tomorrow, but because you believe in the cause you are fighting for so much.
